Support Access Change - Easier with Single Sign-on Update: September 22, 2014 | John Galt Reporting

Support Access Change
You can now access Support without using a seperate sign in. Once you are logged into you are good to go.

When we launched, we retained a 3rd party (Freshdesk) to provide support ticketing and documentation. Rather than take development time to integrate the support platform with a rapidly changing, we launched with Support as a stand alone product that required each user to create an account on Freshdesk.

What Changed?
We’ve made it much easier to access Support with single sign-on. This means members no longer are required to have a Freshdesk account - their log in credentials will verify their membership making Support available without a separate login procedure. Support is available to all members and includes a state-of-the-art ticketing system and robust FAQ (71 topics with more added regularly). Check it out today by clicking the Support link in the lower left corner in the footer of every page.
